In June, we flew to New Jersey for the wedding of our friends, Dara and Mark. We met 10 more friends and explored Hoboken, the Jersey shore, and the surrounding area before and after the fanciest and most fun wedding.
We traveled on to Philadelphia with Dane, The Olssons, and Hogers. Philadelphia was beautiful, historical and handed our asses to us in the form of canceling our hotel and towing our rental van. (This did not make it into the video.) Friends really show up during hard times. Like when your partner is somewhere in Philadelphia finding where your baby’s car seat is in the rental car in the impound lot. it’s 100 degrees and everyone is exhausted and starving and we have nowhere to sit down right now or sleep tonight. They carry your sweaty, slimy toddler on their shoulders. They book your hotel and I can’t quite remember how we got from that BLAH shop to the hotel but our friends got us there. They showed up.
Dane and The Fox-Webbs ventured on to Washinton DC and Baltimore to meet up with our college friend Dan.
